Force Power Industrial Co. Ltd. was founded in Taiwan in 1987, and it enlarged the product line in ChangˇŻan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province in 1998. Now it is the largest manufacturer of automatization silicon iron strip-wound core, specializing in the development and manufacturing of the toroidal type iron core, CD type iron core, as well as their applied products like toroidal transformer, toroidal ballast, toroidal current transformer, toroidal reactor, and CD-type and toroidal-type PFC. We are also the first supplier of the switching power for PFC reactor in Asia, and also we have been receive wide praise in the field of switching power industry.
Now we have been co-developing the high-power toroidal transformer with PACIFIC TRANSFORMER CORPORATION; and we are also co-developing the ***UNINGˇˇREACTORS(90A) for power supply system with A DLVISION OF ALTRO ENGINEERING PTY LTD of Australia.
Now we command 20 sets of auto wind machines, 30 sets of line cutting machines, four tunnel heat treatment furnaces, more than ten circle winding machines and dozens of checking facilities, developed by ourselves. We can produce 7000K toroidal iron cores, including 300K of opening air gap and 800K of winding toroidal transformer and reactor.
All the materials of the iron core are high-quality silicon iron strips, imported from Japan, with no harm. The material has passed the authentication of the national SGS. Our products are mainly sold to America, Canada, Japan and Western Europe. The gross output has achieved USD$10million. In 2007, it may be as much as USD$20million.
We have passed ISO9001:2000 and the environmental standardization of ISO 14000 and the products have passed the authentication of UL, CUL, CE and CCC. As a senior member of China Transformer Association, we also have as many as 200 patents of China, Japan, USA, Germany and Canada. Our regular customers are IBM, DELL, NEC, HP, TOSHIBA, SHARP and ACBEL.
